Costs

The cost of your visit to our travel clinic will include a consultation fee, the cost of the vaccination, and any prescription costs. In addition, you will need to pay for any travel items that you purchase at our clinic and for the yellow booklet if you require one. Below you will find our rates.

FAQ

Travel vaccinations are sometimes reimbursed through supplemental health insurance. Coverage varies by insurer and by plan. We recommend reviewing your health insurance policy for the current year to determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement of the vaccinations and the consultation at the Travel Clinic Erasmus MC.
 

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by calling +31 (0)10-704 50 50 (Mon-Fri 8:45 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm). The receptionist will work with you to find a new appointment time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we are unfortunately required to charge the consultation fee.

If you work at Erasmus MC, you receive a discount at the Travel Clinic Erasmus MC. Upon presenting your employee ID card, you will not be charged consultation fees. An evening surcharge of €7.50 may still apply.

Yes, you will receive the recommended vaccinations during the consultation. Sometimes vaccinations require multiple doses, which means you will need to return for an additional visit. In that case, we will schedule a follow‑up appointment for you after the consultation.
